The MSDP (Modified Scattering Density Profile) method for the analysis of Small-Angle X-ray Scattering (SAXS) experimental data of self-assembling systems, present in the GENFIT software in planar, cylindrical and spherical geometries, will be integrated by a database of the more common chemical groups constituting lipids and surfactants molecules. A knowledge transfer will be carried out concerning the quantitative analysis, based on a combination of ImageJ, Fortran and Gnuplot scripts, of images obtained with phase-contrast and fluorescence mode optical microscopy on systems formed by Giant Unilamellar Vesicles (GUVs) in the presence of oxidizing agents.
