Abstract

Environmental accidents arising from oil spills in oceans and impacts to the health of human and marine animals, particularly with large humans to the marine environment. Studies focused on their behavior and environment, but are so natural that they have natural resources for water and effects in terms of biochemicals, teratogenics and biochemicals (such as the reproductive resources displayed to them). Even with the removal of oil, these fractions accommodated in oil water (called WAF - Water Accomodated Fraction) can impact the entire marine ecosystem mainly through biomagnification processes that can reach humans.This project intends to evaluate the impacts of exposure to petroleum WAF in two alternative biological models, Artemia sp and Danio rerio. It is intended to adjust possible, functional, biochemical and behavioral morphological effects of WAF organisms and for different periods, using point tools for our behavior, morphological and morphological available in the laboratory. The choice is based on excellent results in ecotoxicological studies, which are obtained in publications in high-impact international journals, as well as the growing trend in experimentation models with the 3Rs (reduce, refine and replace). It is expected to achieve results that contribute to the expansion of the frontier of knowledge in the area, increase international competitiveness, consolidate a robust data policy management, and in the future propose tangible bioremediation mechanisms.
