Abstract

Our inoculant is composed of symbiotic insect bacteria that act as probiotics to promote growth and strengthen the ability of plants to defend against pests and diseases. Having the advantage of a long-lasting response in the plant, as they act in a systemic way, stimulating the defense mechanisms, unlike the available biopesticides, with a curative action. Furthermore, they have the potential for the discovery of new molecules and/or genes for biotechnological exploration. (AU)
