Abstract

Develop the embedded management system for application in conjunction with compressor system of compressible or non-compressible fluids, is composed of microcontroller, volatile and non-volatile memories, real-time clock, flags, external actuators, communication system for data transmission and human machine interface (HMI) that will be multiplatform WEB page for smartphones, tablets, computers, notebooks, etc. Composed of at least one module, but for comfort, the remote control and management module must be installed in a suitable location for practical use. It must have a microprocessor with internal memories for programming, processing data storage, and management process, and non-volatile memories for storage of accumulated variables; it must have inputs and outputs in a quantity adequate to the number of implemented controls, analog-to-digital signal converter, and allow communication with the external environment. It must have both processing capacity and speed that are adequate to the process in question, low power consumption and also allow extra low consumption modes for the use of batteries, in addition to having internal timers and allow interruptions by external or internal events, measure pressures, vibrations, temperatures, humidity, times, and other physical quantities to manage maintenance. The maintenance system uses volatile battery-operated memory in the process for temporary storage of process data, and non-volatile memories for complementary temporary storage of data. Also, complementary non-volatile memory to back up the storage data of the totalizer variables and the programmed events of the microcontroller in case of damage to the microcontroller, so that the integralized data of the system is not lost, as well as the dates of past and future events. The preventive maintenance management equipment has an internal real-time clock that allows accuracy in counting the time of use of the pressurizer and the dates of past and scheduled events, to be stored in the memories. Light emitters indicate the basic events, fluid compression system on, fluid compressor system in activity, activation of the condensate purge, and other events depending on the need of each process. Audible and visual alarms will be activated in case of maintenance due and not realized or not programmed, with the option of temporarily silencing the alarms. (AU)
