Abstract

Online shopping is a trend in Brazilians' behaviors. Online ecommerce systems are in high ascendancy in a large market. In this context, customers usually need to ask questions about products before making purchases (pre-sales). GoBots is a leading company in Latin America as an automated question and answer solution for the marketplace context. Currently, its innovative solution serves more than 550 online stores in large marketplaces in operation. However, we need to technologically validate our solution for stand-alone ecommerce systems. This proposal aims to develop the integration and implementation of the GoBots solution with an e-commerce partner. We aim to evaluate the technological solution in a real-world context and succeed in integrating the solution with the partner. (AU)
