Abstract

The Humanizadas project, in the Indirect Phase 2 of PIPE FAPESP, aims to revolutionize corporate sustainability through an advanced, integrated, and adaptive artificial intelligence (AI) product that significantly enhances the Hu Insights and Hu Ratings platforms. The introduced technological innovation includes an advanced text disambiguation system, language filters, and the extraction of relevant terms, all integrated through heterogeneous graphs. Using cutting-edge techniques in machine learning and natural language processing, the project enhances the accuracy and adaptability of AI systems, ensuring interactions and analyses are relevant and robust. The iterative development approach involves a continuous user feedback cycle to refine the platform's algorithms and functionalities, ensuring constant evolution that meets the demands of the corporate sustainability market. These innovations allow for more personalized and intelligent interactions with users, resulting in practical recommendations to encourage sustainable practices in companies. The incorporation of optimized chatbots and web crawlers further strengthens the data collection and analysis capabilities, transforming the platform into an adaptive data intelligence hub.
