Abstract

It is the object of this proposal of SEBRAE PIPE PHASE 3 the realization of POC (proof of concept) for technological validation of Intelligent Industrial Indicators for Industry 4.0, from the monitoring of the electric current of industrial machines with the multinational company ZF Friedrichshafen. The validation of this prototype has the motivation to better understand the interpretation of the more than 600 intelligent industrial indicators already existing in the headquarters company, in order to validate combinations of intelligent indicators focused on the improvement and purpose of each industrial sector, which will make the solution much more assertive and fast, besides adding more value to the industry professionals. It needs to be tested to validate the accuracy of the algorithms and indicators, analyze the effectiveness of the solution, verify and improve data accuracy, and validate the assertiveness and speed of information processing. In the end, it is expected that the partner company, which is a multinational reference in the state of São Paulo, will become a success case, expanding the solution to the 7 units in the state of São Paulo.
