Abstract
HELVA (Hybrid ELectrosynthesis of Value-Added chemicals) seeks to demonstrate a hybrid system that integrates the synthesis complex carbon-based molecules through tandem carbon dioxide electroreduction into acetate and microbial upgrade into polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA). The project starts at a TRL = 2 and is projected to end at a TRL of 4. (AU)
