Abstract

In this project, we propose to discuss extensively the articles on literary criticism published by Leyla Perrone-Moisés in magazines and newspapers, from 1960 to 2023. To do so, we must first gather the set of these documents, from the author's private collection and from digital and physical collections of newspapers and magazines. After establishing the corpus, we must analyze the documents, from four points of view: the relation with her critical objects (such as Blanchot, Barthes, Derrida, and Todorov), the process of creation of the texts, their insertion within contemporary critical debates (such as engaged criticism and cultural studies), and the relation with other Latin American critics, especially Beatriz Sarlo. After the gathering and discussion of these texts, we propose the edition of a volume with the author's unpublished articles on criticism, in partnership with researcher Laura Brandini (UEL). (AU)
