Abstract

The visiting researcher will interact with researchers, scientific initiation and postgraduate students, postdoctoral and technicians from the Phytochemistry and Post-Harvest laboratories of the Center for R&D of Plant Genetic Resources and Center for R&D of Agricultural Biosystems and Post-Harvest of the Agronomic Institute through the following activities: 1) a lecture on strategies for the development of formulations with phytochemicals through ecological technologies and green solvents, in accordance with the concept of sustainable development; 2) preparation of formulations developed at the University of Coimbra within the scope of the project "Development of formulations from phytochemicals for the control of agricultural pests" (FAPESP, process nº 2019/26511-8), in the Phytochemistry laboratory of the Agronomic Institute, and follow-up of application tests; 3) discussion of research results with the project team and of research projects that can respond to calls available at the time of the visit; 4) elaboration of proposals for future collaborations between the institutions.
