Abstract

The security and facilities market moves more than R$60 billion annually in Brazil and is constantly expanding. On the other hand, the application of new digital technologies is fundamental to improving the performance of companies in the segment, based on security platforms.management, collection, and transmission of data, and other tools that assist in carrying outactivities. FindMe has been serving this market for 8 years, having become a strategic partner inarea of technology and digital transformation of more than 300 customers in this segment, with the commercialization of its product that currently manages (1) security rounds, (2) cleaning routines, (3) inspections of fire systems, (4) preventive maintenance management and (5) operational demands management. Since its founding, FindMe has included its customers in the development of new products and features, as well as a constant understanding of market changes and the main existing needs to improve its customers' operations. Therefore, in alignment with the needs of the segment, the objective of this project is the development of FindMe DataLab, an intelligent management system connected in real-time toa website (Cloud Computing) that integrates FindMe applications with BackOffice systems,ERPs, IoT sensors, drones, risk management system, and smart cameras, generating dashboardsintegrated with Business Intelligence and Business Analytics, using Big Data and Artificial Intelligence solutions, presenting automated workflows for handling demands and customer retention, allowing for more efficient strategic, tactical and operational management, and thus optimizing the result and increasing the competitiveness of its customers.
