Automated mediation system with artificial intelligence technologies applied to labor processes.

Abstract

The legal market related to labor disputes is an area of increasing complexity and relevance for both employers and employees. The legal process in these disputes can be time-consuming and costly, adversely affecting the parties involved, the judicial systems, and overall economic efficiency. One of the main challenges faced in this context is the lack of assertiveness in the provision of calculations, which are crucial for determining fair and equitable settlements. According to labor law, a variety of factors such as overtime, severance pay, night shift allowances, and other compensations directly influence the amount to be paid in a labor agreement. However, the complex nature of these calculations often leads to errors and discrepancies, resulting in prolonged disputes and an inefficient negotiation process. The lack of assertiveness in calculations can be attributed to several factors, including the varying interpretation of labor laws by different stakeholders, as well as frequent updates in laws and regulations directly affecting labor calculations. Furthermore, the inability to quickly access and analyze historical data from similar cases hinders accurate prediction of settlement values. In light of the above, the goal of this project is to develop an automated mediation system with artificial intelligence technologies applied to labor processes, focusing on the accuracy of calculation provisioning and prediction of settlements. By developing and introducing to the market an innovation based on an automated mediation system with AI technologies applied to labor processes, Pact can provide significant benefits to the target market. This includes a substantial reduction in the time required to resolve labor disputes, optimization of operational costs for the parties involved, increased confidence and satisfaction of employees and employers with fairer and more efficient processes, and an improvement in the startup's reputation as an innovative and reliable solution for the complex challenges of the legal market. Furthermore, the startup has the opportunity to capture a significant portion of the emerging legal technology market and expand its presence as demand for effective AI-based solutions for labor processes grows.
