Abstract

The use of new methods and new technologies to face problems inherent to fish production is necessary as growth and demand for quality is increasing in the fishing market. In this international collaboration project, we aim to develop biomacromolecules for the production of micro and nanoparticles with functional properties to optimize parasitic treatments in fish. The project aims, with the expertise in molecular synthesis and parasite treatment from foreign and local groups, respectively, to develop new strategies to combat pathogens in aquaculture. The project aims above all to benefit the associated Young Researcher project and the applicability of the partner group's research (AU)
