Abstract

In Veterinary Medicine, experimentation and diagnosis consist of the rational assessment of the problem or fact, its causes and the study of the effectiveness of the decisions made. Research in experimentation and diagnosis in Veterinary Medicine is all research that provides information that helps in recognizing problems and events relating to animals, their health, reproductive efficiency, animal husbandry and well-being and the effectiveness of decisions made with based on experimental results and diagnosis. FMVZ USP favors actions to modernize the laboratory infrastructure aimed at these activities and that facilitate integration between researchers from different laboratories, promoting the internal and external exchange of people and resources focused on these research themes, stimulating the offering and access to facilities and equipment. The model adopted will be a network, where each laboratory will collaborate with its specialty and professional and personal skills. In Phase XII, attention will be paid to structuring the emergency systems that serve the laboratories of the 6 FMVZ Departments of the Capital and Pirassununga Campi, improving the infrastructure of laboratories for diagnosis and animal experimentation (AU)
