Abstract

The multidisciplinary auditorium provides essential support for various educational activities, such as classes, seminar presentations, interdisciplinary meetings, and events, including workshops, conferences, and congresses. It is a fundamental resource for the regular activities of our institution's stricto sensu and lato sensu graduate programs. Designed for members of the Pio XII Foundation, the auditorium has a capacity to accommodate up to 60 people simultaneously. Although it can serve over four thousand collaborators within the complex, its primary users are affiliated with the academic community, including medical residents, multidisciplinary teams, professionals in training, as well as graduate students from stricto sensu and lato sensu programs, undergraduate students, and participants in scientific initiation programs.Recognized as a learning space, the auditorium requires updates to its equipment to improve the quality of services offered and expand its functionalities, such as high-quality transmission and real-time updates. These enhancements are essential to meet the demands of the contemporary world, support multiple external collaborations, and keep pace with the growth and dissemination of our institution. We believe that proposals for technological and infrastructural improvements will enable us to expand its use, allowing it to serve an audience far beyond its physical capacity of 60 seats. With these upgrades, it will be possible to host specific events for remote audiences and achieve high-quality recordings, thereby broadening the reach of our activities and strengthening the institution's presence throughout Brazil. In this way, the auditorium will become an even more significant space for knowledge sharing and the academic and professional development of our collaborators. (AU)
