Abstract

The proposing company acts as an intermediary between creators of socio-environmental projects and investors/sponsors. Therefore, in a precise and contextualized manner, the company offers an online platform where the creator submits a socio-environmental project proposal. Subsequently, through a meticulous analysis and a proprietary method (17 years of know-how of the proponent), the proposal is evaluated and connected to investors/sponsors. However, this process is time-consuming, as it is done individually and personalized. This fact inhibits the exponential growth of the proposing company. Moreover, another critical point is the quality of the proposals submitted by the creators, which are often inefficient and have significant flaws for approval. These critical points motivated the development of this Research Project, which aims to apply R&D&I in the proponent's processes, making it more competitive and technological.Therefore, the main objectives of the Research Project include the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) prompts using the know-how and expertise of the proposing company in socio-environmental projects, in addition to the creation of plugins and APIs that will be integrated into the already online submission platform available to creators and investors/sponsors. These plugins and APIs, based on AI, will be developed to optimize the quality of the submitted proposals, internal analyses of the proposals, and also to meet the demands of investors/sponsors.The resources required to execute the Research Project include a highly qualified team, totaling 8 people, consisting of fellows and researchers with proven experience in what they propose to execute. In addition to this team, it is worth noting that the proponent has the support of a solid administrative, accounting, and legal support structure, and is also receiving mentorship and acceleration in the NEXUS program, from the Technological Innovation Park of São José dos Campos, SP.The expected results are that the implementation of what will be developed by this Research Project, i.e., plugins/APIs enabling AI, in order to optimize the processes and quality of the proposals, will allow the proponent to expand its activities.
