Abstract

The modernization of the auditoriums at the São Paulo headquarters and the CAPSA (Center for R&D in Agricultural Health) in Campinas is being proposed, with infrastructure for hybrid meetings and training sessions. This initiative aims to meet the growing demand for hybrid events, strengthen interinstitutional collaborations, and train technical teams. Actions include acquiring state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, implementing high-capacity videoconferencing platforms, and ensuring efficient integration between regional units. The expected outcomes are increased efficiency, reduced operational costs, and an expanded impact of technical-scientific events. (AU)
