Annual Plan for the Application of the Technical Reserve for Institutional Research Infrastructure

Abstract

The Prof. Dr. José Aristodemo Pinotti Women's Hospital - Caism/Unicamp is a national reference in care, teaching, and research in the field of women's and newborn health. This Institutional Technical Reserve (RTI) application plan proposes the creation of two strategic spaces: a scientific communication room and a multiuser environment, consisting of an outpatient surgical room, a data collection room, and a clinical simulation room. The objective is to expand the institutional infrastructure dedicated to clinical research, technical training, and scientific dissemination. The proposal is justified by the growth in the number and complexity of supported projects, which require appropriate environments for the production and dissemination of scientific knowledge. The methodology includes physical renovation, acquisition of equipment, and carpentry work, with completion expected within 12 months. The expected results include increased institutional visibility, improved quality of scientific dissemination, expanded capacity to conduct clinical studies, and the training of healthcare professionals. The analysis will be based on indicators such as scientific output, use of the spaces by researchers, and the dissemination materials produced. Monitoring of the construction will be carried out through a physical-financial schedule, technical inspections, submission of partial reports, and presentation of invoices in the final accountability report to FAPESP.
