Annual Plan for the Application of the Technical Reserve for Institutional Infrastructure for Research

Abstract

The Unoeste has invested in undergraduate and graduate research in the last 24 years, creating institutional research programs and graduate courses. To do so, it has provided the physical infrastructure, equipment and consumables materials necessary for its continued improvement. The success has been found in getting the PIBIC-CNPq Program, approval of master's and doctorate courses by CAPES and obtaining scholarships and grants for research by FAPESP, CNPq and CAPES. Aid funding agencies for research are important for the expansion and modernization of the equipment park, allowing the expansion and improvement of research, especially graduate. Notably, the graduate programs in Animal Science, Health Sciences, Environment and Agronomy require higher cost of equipment to carry out the research. The research areas envisaged in these programs and developed in the institution's laboratories may be driven by the availability of new equipment. Thus, the purpose of this proposal is not the realization of a specific project, but rather to expand the infrastructure and provide better conditions for realization of various projects included in the research lines of graduate programs, as well as, integrated undergraduate research projects.
