Abstract

Antibody-based and CAR-T therapies have transformed treatment of B-cell malignancies, yet relapse remains a major challenge. Identifying novel antigen targets will be critical to achieve durable responses. This project will investigate FcRL5 expression across B-cell cancers, evaluating its potential as a clinically relevant target for future immunotherapies. (AU)
