Abstract

The present activity plan seeks scientific collaboration between two researchersin the field of Partial Differential Equations. One of them has extensive experience innonlinear elliptic equations, while the other specializes in the dynamics of nonlinearevolution equations. By combining their expertise, the objective is to investigate newproperties related to the convergence of evolution systems to equilibrium, which are oftendescribed by elliptic equations. In addition, the visiting researcher shall interact with othermembers of the Partial Differential Equations groups at UFSCar and ICMC-USP throughseminars, scientific collaborations, and short courses. This initiative is expected tocontribute to the continued excellence of scientific research in the State of São Paulo. (AU)
