Abstract

The project here presented intends, based on the assumption of Habermas' reflection, to articulate problems of various orders such as moral, political and law, nevertheless the primacy of the philosophical perspective. The research's proposal does not take its place only as a reflection about the work of Jürgen Habermas, but as well as a research that has its basis in Habermas' reflections, that is to say, Habermas' writings are taken as a stock of problems that, are believed, to be worthy not only to be reconstructed, but also to be developed and evaluated. The thematic project is clearly divided in two sub-projects, even though the research structure is unique for both parts: 1) relation of Habermas' thinking to the philosophical tradition; 2) internal reconstruction of Habermas' work, focusing on the importance of his insertion in the development of the critical theory of society; 3) outcome of Habermas' thinking though out the fields of law, politics and moral.
