Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate and correlate respiratory pattern, facial growth and malocclusion among a hundred 7-15 years old subjects. A direct relationship between respiratory pattern and cranialfacial growth and development will be stablished and quantified with an acoustic rhinometer. The data will be used to provide a new respiratory pattern to those patients, evaluating the repercussion over possible esqueletal malocclusions. (AU)
