Abstract

Investigation of the forms of circulation of didactic, paradidactic, literary and non-literary and school texts in the classroom. It is intended not only to ascertain which are the texts that circulate in language and literature classes, but also to identify the absences and the universe of theoretical references which illuminate the treatment given to the texts in the classroom. Lessons from two different years, in six different public schools, will be observed during a school year. The data collected will be the object of description and analysis based on concepts produced in different areas of knowledge (Linguistics, Literature, Theory of Communication and Education), constituting the definition of the very purpose of the research as it develops. Integrating research, teaching and extension, the project envisages the participation of the people investigated in the discussions and analysis of the data collected and also the production of material which makes accessible to schools texts identified as absent from the school circuit, at the same time as it is intended to undertake a critical analysis of pedagogical practice as parameter for the proposition of alternative practices.
