Abstract
In this work, the preparation, characterization and optimization of electrical, electrochemical, structural, catalytic and optical properties of self-assembly nanocomposites made from electroactive materials will be investigated. Polymeric structure formed from transition metal oxides, conducting polymers and metallic nanoparticles will be controlled through layer-by-layer (LBL) method. They will be studied by electrochemical, spectroscopic and microscopic techniques and x-ray diffraction. The effects obtained of particle size and distribution, charge transportation, electronic transfer, morphology and interactions among the several interface of particulate materials, aiming a better understanding of processes involved in novel modified electrodes with suitable properties for the use in lithium microbatteries, electrochromic devices and microfuel cells.
