Abstract

This project is a prevalence study of enteroparasites in vegetables commercialized in a periferic region of Piracicaba municipality and try to investigate the higienic conditions of comercialized vegetables as sanitary indicators of the population. This study is important to inforce the sistems of controls and alimentar security that improve the quality of the foods ingest by the population. (AU)
