Abstract

Accuracy of nursing diagnosis is important to select effective nursing interventions, as also to increase the reliability and validity of the research results on this topic. The aim of this project is to develop a tool to assess the accuracy of nursing diagnoses based on written data. The tool will be based on a review of a current definition of diagnosis accuracy. Developed items will be submitted to content validation and then formatted to be tested for reliability and validity. (AU)
