Microestructure-properties of superduplex stainless steel with range ferrite 40 at 60%

Abstract

The present project with aim to study structural modification at happen in superduplex stainless steels ASTM A 995M CrA (Cr25Ni 7MoN) entitle reference material. Starting since material overtime casting samples with four differents composition fitting ferrite content in 40, 45, 50 an 60%. Conventional tests the caracterization microestrutural, dilatometer useful temperature range 25- 1600º C fases microhardness and eletrochemical corrosion in environment CO2, H2S at 70 degree celsius and ambient temperature in the four specimens superduplex stainless. Propose its increase application in casting piece in duplex steel. Course of work in the group phase transitions, to range heating 25 - 1600º C, happen end object. (AU)
