Abstract

The oral cleft can be caused by ambiental and genetic factors. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of genetic polimorphism of the genes of MTFHR, MTR, MTRR, RFC1 and TR in the folate and homocistein level and search for new polimorfic or mutation in the genes MSX1, TGF-±, TGF-²3 and RARA and associate with oral cleft.(AU)
