Abstract

The project has for objective to create the cartography and to study (new) the forms of organizational management and the production, its actor-keys and its forms of performance, which if they modify with the internationalization of the property, with the financial logic of management, the call financerization, and with the corporative governance. For in such a way, a set of monographs in such a way in Brazil how much in France will be carried through. In Brazil, we will use to advantage expertise accumulated of researchers of the group that if dedicate the studies of the sector of household-electric of white line, the ethanol sector and the electric sector. It will be carried through, still, a transversal research on "the external" agents to the companies which strong act influencing the dynamics of its social relations, namely, bankers, lawyers and consultants who we call "intermediate".
