Abstract

Our group has been working with the cloning of several genes using PCR-based methods. With our expertise we will be able to help the validation of putative human genes predicted from several sequencing projects. To this end, we will clone genes by RT-PCR and determine their sequences. Other partners will be in charge of the bioinformatics. (AU)
