Abstract

The project intends to gather legislation in the three federation levels (Union, São Paulo State and the city of Ribeirão Preto) and any other kind of normalization referring to the accomplishment of the Last Minute Market Project in Brazil, including the several norms published by different government ruling departments. The project is developed in a big research groups, comprehending other study areas, like retail, marketing and other law areas. It is developed in an interdisciplinary manner between the Administration Department at FEA-RP and the Law Faculty of Ribeirão Preto. This specific project tends to develop the matters related to Civil Law, International Law and compared Law. The research object lies initially in the normalization about FLV food donation (fruit, vegetables and greens) that become loss in retail companies. Matters which other countries, where LMM was already developed (like Italy, Argentine and Israel), faced will be studied in the compared Law field. International Treaties about the issue will be surveyed and, if they are not met, they will be suggested. In Civil Law field, we intend to determine the responsibility of food donator according to Brazilian present laws and the possibilities of escaping law incidence. The results have multiple effects: social, as to helping beneficent entities and poor people; ambiental, as to the reduction of food discard; economics: because it causes reduction in the discard cost by retail companies.
