Abstract

In the scenario of an inclusive society, many studies seek to benefit special populations in the area of school education, however, there is still little research in the field of education and psychology that emphasize the dimension of sexuality of people with disabilities. The sexuality, conceived here as a broad concept and social, is inherent in every human being, regardless of possible limitations resulting from disability. The expression of sexuality may depend on several factors, including by the myths and social beliefs that devalue the ability of these people live in relationships and sexual satisfaction. The biggest obstacles to achieving full sexuality of people with disabilities arising from relevant social issues and would be deepen to the knowledge on the issue by studying the reports of people with disabilities about their expectations of love relationships, family formation and sexual health prevention. Whereas people with disabilities must be recognized as people of integrity in their sexuality, overcoming the prejudices and the emphasis on the difficulties imposed by disability, we intend to extend the issue by performing a study, characterized as a descriptive survey, which aims general investigate the affection and sexual and reproductive health from the point of view of people with disabilities. It is estimated the participation of nine people with disabilities to respond to an interview prepared by the researcher, which will be recorded and transcribed for content analysis. It is hoped that the results can elaborate specific proposals on sex education to attending the needs related to the different disabilities (AU)
