Abstract
The aim of his project is to study the nuclear force from the point of view of renormalization groups. We will use momentum space chiral potentils, in the cutoff and multiple subractions renormalization schemes. This study also includes the solution of the corresponding non-relativistic Callan-Symanzik renormalization group flow equations. We will also study the evolution of he NN interaction with the similarity renormlization group through the numerical solution of the Wegner flow equations for the NN potentials, investigate whether the obtained effective interactions exhibits long distance symmetries and if there is a similarity cutoff for which the Wigner symmetry is realized more exactly in the NN system.
