Abstract
Advanced fluorescence microscopy techniques will be implemented in this research project with a modern scope in instrumentations. Our focus is to setup 2-photon microscopy with time and space resolution. Advanced concept of STED and TIRF superesolution methods will be also implemented. As research systems, time and space resolution of molecular probes with photoinduced intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) state will be investigated in several different nano and microheterogeneous materials including cellulose single fibers, silica and polymer nanoparticles.
