Abstract

The actual project aims to proceed the initial research started in 2009 about the cycle of Villa-Lobos String Quartets. With support from FAPESP I started this project and have been present in conferences and seminars dedicated to music research. In some of thes events I could spare my investigations and gathering collaboration from other researchers. This will conclude the huge cycle of String Quartets of Villa-Lobos, giving a refreshed view about his musical style and interpretation. (AU)
