Evaluated of diets contend differents probiotics levels in the feed of dairy cattle

Abstract

The present word has objective to evaluate probiotic levels (live yeast) in the diets of Holstein cows on the performance (milk production and milk quality), blood parameters and nutrient digestibility. The experiments will be conducted in the Dairy sector, Faculty of Agriculture and Veterinary Sciences, UNESP, Jaboticabal, SP. In experiment 1, treatments consist of four probiotic levels (zero, 1, 2 and 3 grams / cow / day) added to the feed. It will be 8 cows selected according the milk production, parturition order and always in the post-peak lactation, which will be distributed in a 4 x 4 Latin square, repeated twice. It will be blood parameters, food consumption, milk production and milk composition. In experiment 2, will make will determine the in vitro digestibility of dry matter, neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber of the experimental diets. The data will be subjected to analysis of variance and the means are compared by the Tukey test at 5% probability. Statistical analysis will be realized using the SAS statistical software, and all variables were tested for normality of the residues before the start of each analysis. (AU)
