Abstract

During this stay in São Carlos, we will be working in a few sub-projects. Some of the theoretical results will be compared with experiments which will be performed in São Carlos, on the ZnO samples that will be provided by our collaborator, Professor Mikhail Vasilevskiy from Universidade do Minho, Braga, Portugal and on quantum wire samples provide by Dr. Vasyl P. Kunets and Professor Gregory J. Salamo, from University of Arkansas, Physics Department, Fayetteville, USA. These sub-projects are on subjects associated to our experience acquired during many years of research in these lines. (AU)
