Abstract

Receiving professor Yolanda Bodoque Puerte as a visiting fellow will contribute with the development of the research projects integrated in the study: Migration, sex and marriage markets e sexual trafficking in the fluxes of population between Brazil and Spain and with the research Project: Looking for the perfect couple: gender and other differentiation marks in Love relationships in the web. Besides, the visiting professor will collaborate with discussions on the transnationalization of intimacy, affection and commercial sexual cultures that are considered in research projects of students and professors of the Gender Area in the PHd Program on Social Sciences of the Institute of Philosophy and Social Sciences and of the Center for Gender Studies PAGU, Universidade Estadual de Campinas, and also of the Research Group Body, Identities and Subjetivities of the Universidade Federal de São Carlos, www.ufscar.br/cis, coordinated by profesor Richard Miskolci. These collaborations will take place by means of workshops that aim to discuss aspects of the research projects, by means of seminars the visiting professor will do at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas and the Universidade Federal de São Carlos, by means of a class offered at the PHd Program on Social Sciences and by her participation as discussant of the students' projects at the Annual Seminar of the Gender Studies Area, that will have place in August, 2011.
