Abstract

The music is always present in our daily lives, establishing a link between humans and art through sensation and pleasure. However, if we use music inappropriately, that is, if we misuse the duration, intensity and / or frequency of exposure to music, noise can have an adverse impact on our hearing (DIB et.al., 2008) . Decades ago medical science began to look for the link between environmental factors and health humana.Givens (2003) noted in their study that Telehealth is the use of information technology and communication to transfer information and / or data on the care of health. Studies have been developed in the areas of Nursing (BERNAL, TOLENTINO, Gavin, MARCELO, 2008), Occupational Therapy (HOLLIS, Madill, 2006), Physiotherapy (Russell, 2007), in addition to Speech (Mashima, DOARN, 2008) showing positive results with different applications of Telehealth (tele / telemarketing, remote diagnostics, tele-education and telereabilitação). In Brazil, the Telehealth in Speech was regulated on April 25, 2009 (DOU) with the resolution No. 366 of the Federal Council of Speech Therapy. Given the literature, the use of multimedia materials can be qualified for awareness and health promotion in adolescents hearing. Therefore, the objective of this study will be to produce a multimedia material for this population. (AU)
