Abstract

The national frog culture currently is undergoing an accelerated process of development, with the goal of providing a diet that meets the needs of those animals of economical way, for to decrease the amount of organic matter and phosphorus in the aquatic environment. Due to these factors need data as digestibility of aminoacids for the formulation of an appropriate diet that meeting the requirements of the animals. Thus, this research will be divided into two experiments, which have as objectives: to establish the values of digestible protein, energy, lipids and aminoacids of some foods used to prepare diets for bullfrogs and, through the concept of ideal protein to estimate the requirement of digestible amino acids and verify the effects of lysine supplementation in diets for bullfrog.
