Abstract

Despite improvement of new drugs to treat cardiovascular diseases (CVD), the burden of these disease still high in the world population. Therefore, development new technologies and evaluation in the interaction between CVD and cardioinflammatory biomarkers in the ageing process will be a hallmark for better understanding the mechanistic events on the CVD in elderly as well as in old rats. We also aiming to study the influence of epigenetics (lifestyle changing) on the expression of some proteins controlling cardiovascular system, including AKt (PKB) and endothelial nitric oxide enzyme.
