Abstract

The book subject of this process concerns the publication in Germany (both in German and in English) mainly of 4 lectures I gave at the University of Cologne, Germany, during the period in which I was there as a teacher, in 2004 and 2005. This is the motivation of its probable title: Cologne Lectures on the Maximal Music. The book will undoubtedly represent an insertion of the Brazilian contemporary music in Europe, for it is in Germany that the Musicology is most developed among the European countries, in the same level as the Musicology in the United States. The book will bring to light both texts with technical contents and texts with a strong aesthetically approach concerning my musical poetics. (AU)
