Abstract

The Project consists in the acquisition of equipment and technological support for the development and dissemination of research, drawing on the institutional technical reserve from the FAPESP thematic project Ecopolitics: planetary governmentality, new institutionalizations and resistances in the society of control. It aims at sharing programs and equipment in the development of research, documentation, museum collection and dissemination of production in social science of the graduate program in social Sciences of PUC-SP. The project seeks to allow that the experience of a thematic project enhances knowledge production and technological development of the host institution. Therefore, the present proposal consists in updating operational and archive equipment of the graduate program and in acquiring two new softwares: one for dealing with statistical data and the other for organization, systematization and dissemination of cultural collection for research. This equipment will allow speed and precision in data production and formulation of research hypothesis and in the dissemination of the outputs and collections generated from regular research at the graduate program. The project also emphasizes the importance and influence of the new information and communication technologies (NICT) in the contemporary production of social sciences as instrument and object in knowledge development.
