Abstract

The Board approved at the meeting held on 21/05/2012 the implementation plan of the Institutional Technical Reserve in chemical laboratories of Food Science and Quality Center of ITAL, which is the acquisition of the following items: - Installation of argon, oxygen and LPG lines; - Installation of helium line; - Acquisition of a Milli-Q system; - Acquisition of an uninterruptible power supply of 3 KVA; - Acquisition of an uninterruptible power supply from 30 KVA; - Acquisition of a toxic vapour exhaustion chamber; With this investment, the ITAL, through its Food Science and Quality Center, will give more quality and safety on researches performed, and also will be able to broaden their research topics, especially in the area of chemistry.
