Abstract

The plot for infrastructure costs for institutional research - 2012 financial year amounting to R$ 456,136.00 was unified with the plots of the years 2007 and 2008, amounting to R$ 155,470.13 and $ 362,757.00 respectively R, R$ 974,363.13. This unification was authorized by the Managing Director of FAPESP. The total area of the Research Center is 1184 m² and so that no interference occur in the ongoing research, reconstruction work was divided into four phases that describe below: • Phase 1 - Parcel of 2009 - an area of 314 m² - reconstruction that has already been completed and inaugurated on 15.09.2011; • Phase 2A - Parcel of the financial year 2010 - an area of 200 m² - reconstruction initiated in June 2012 with estimated completion in 90 days; • Phase 38 - Parcel of the fiscal portion 2011 - an area of 200 m² - reconstruction beginning in August 2012, scheduled to end in 90 days; • Phase 2 - Part of the fiscal portion 2011 and the other portion of the year 2012 - an area of 470 m² - reconstruction beginning in September 2012, with an expected completion in 180 days. The Phase 2 will cost R$ 1,053,407.77, and the amount of R$ 505,526.00 will be paid with the RTI in 2011, a process already approved, and the difference in the amount of R$ 547,881.77 we are requesting in this annual plan of 2012.
