Abstract

This research project proposes to study the relevant issues on restoration of distribution networks for electricity and develop a model for mono and multiobjective restoring the network quickly and automatically, in case of a permanent fault on the network. The problem is treated as problems of reconfiguration of networks. Will be considered in the analysis of multi-region reconfiguration network. In addition to determining which keys should be open (NO keys) and closed (NC keys) to isolate the fault and restore the system is intended to determine the switching sequence of these keys and can thus be considered as automatic restoration. In choosing the keys NO's and NC's to isolate a fault on the network and set up a new network configuration (new topology), the problem should consider the presence of Distributed Generation (DGa). In this case, a model will be developed for the allocation of Distributed Generators (DGs) in the network, considering his (s) capacity, quantity and location. Finally, we intend to adopt strategies of intelligence in the restoration process, using neural networks. Thus, the restoration problem is treated more broadly, given in a single model: problems of reconfiguration of multi-region networks, presence of DGs, sequence switching and memory in the restoration process. It is expected outcomes network, which in case of permanent faults, it can be restored quickly leaving a minimum number of energy consumers without showing the sequence of switching to isolate the fault quickly, and that in case of faults recurring or not, the model is able to provide final solutions catering, or as initial seeds making the process even faster.
