Abstract

There will be an evaluation on the implementation of the extended clinic and the impact of its implementation on the quality of health care provided to the users of the Reference and Training Center for STDs/AIDS (in the perception of the users, health care professionals and administrators, and from relevant quantitative indicators), on the quality of the environment and working means (in the perception of the professionals and administrators and by the pertinent quantitative indicators). The research includes quantitative and qualitative evaluation methodology, and a study will be carried out on the professionals' adhesion correlation to the extended clinic implementation project and the indicators related to the users adscript (linked) to each professional of reference.
