Abstract

In the book philosophy: Memory, Education and Culture those papers submitted by invited speakers to the seminar and texts written by the teachers of the Department of Philosophy of PUC-SP have been gathered. The texts permeate the following themes: university, memory, and role of philosophy, education, teaching and culture, amalgamated by the celebration of the 100 years of the Philosophy School in PUC-SP. The commemorative academic event and the publication of its conferences texts, now in book form, paid a due tribute to the 100th anniversary of the Philosophy School of PUC-SP. (AU)
