Abstract

The research project "Communication dynamics in the public sphere" had been developed by PhD Nicole D'Almeida via Gripic - Groupe de Recherche Interdisciplinaire sur les Processus d'Information et de Communication at University of Sorbonne, Paris, France. D'Almeida focuses on the origins, dialogue and confrontation of individual, collective, economic, political or congregational actors in the public sphere, which is structured by self-representation, debate and controversy. During her stay as a visiting professor at ECA-USP, D'Almeida will share her studies with grad students and fellow professors in the condensed course "Post-modern narrative for Organizational Communication". She will furthermore participate in speeches and debates with diverse publics of interest. (AU)
